Jonathan is a former Navy helicopter pilot who spent over 20 years flying missions around the world—from disaster relief in Haiti to medevac operations in the Middle East. His career taught him discipline, structure, and how to lead under pressure. But it wasn’t until a personal health crisis in 2016 that he began exploring a deeper path to healing.
What started as a search for answers led him to discover the power of detoxification—and, more broadly, the importance of reclaiming personal sovereignty over his health. Through a deeper process of healing the body and restoring his vitality, Jonathan experienced a dramatic shift in his energy, clarity, and overall well-being. The results were undeniable—and life-changing—which inspired him to begin helping his own family experience the same kind of transformation.
Today, Jonathan brings a grounded, methodical coaching style to Detox Dudes. He’s passionate about making the healing journey clear, structured, and approachable—especially for those who feel overwhelmed or unsure where to begin. He now works full-time alongside Josh to help clients navigate the challenges of detox with clarity and calm, drawing on both his personal experience and the steady, solutions-focused mindset he developed over two decades of military service.

Hey—I’m Jonathan.
If you had told me in 2016 that I’d one day be coaching people through detox protocols and helping them reclaim their health, I probably would’ve laughed while strapping into a helicopter. At the time, I was deep into my Navy career—flying missions, managing teams, and focusing on the job at hand. I was always into health and fitness. I worked out regularly, tried to eat clean, and did what I thought was necessary to stay in shape. But I didn’t yet understand what it meant to truly cleanse the body from the inside out—or how much dysfunction I had come to accept as normal.
I graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 2003 and spent the next two decades serving as a naval aviator—flying helicopters on missions around the world. I supported logistics operations in Japan, conducted search and rescue off the coast of Guam, flew medevac and support missions in the Middle East, and helped with disaster relief in Haiti. I deployed to Afghanistan, Kuwait, Bahrain, and worked with incredible teams throughout my career. The job demanded a high level of readiness and professionalism, and I was proud to serve. On the surface, everything looked dialed in—but under the hood, my health was slowly slipping. I just didn’t realize it yet.
By my mid-thirties, the cracks were starting to show—even if I couldn’t fully see them yet. My digestion was all over the place, swinging between constipation and diarrhea. My energy was unpredictable. I’d wake up tired, need a nap just to stay functional, and battle through daily brain fog that made it hard to focus. Even though I was staying active, working out, and doing what most people would consider “the right things,” I could feel something was off. But I brushed it off—figured it was just the wear and tear of deployments, stress, long hours, and life in uniform. In hindsight, my body had been trying to get my attention for years.
In 2016, just before a short deployment off the coast of Virginia, I had a metal filling crack. I went to the dentist to get it replaced—routine stuff—and he put another metal filling in. Within days, something in my body shifted. I came down with a strange, lingering illness I couldn’t explain. My throat and glands were painfully swollen, I had deep fatigue and brain fog, and the discomfort kept me from sleeping. I remember relying on heavy doses of Motrin just to dull the pain enough to get through the night. It didn’t feel like a cold. It felt like something deeper—like my system was seriously inflamed and overreacting.
When I brought up the possibility of mercury exposure to my dentist, he didn’t take it seriously. In fact, he seemed irritated by the suggestion—brushing it off with a tone that bordered on condescending. It wasn’t a helpful conversation, but it did serve a purpose: it made it clear that if I wanted to get to the bottom of what was happening, I’d need to start looking elsewhere.
As I kept digging, I came across an early blog post from Josh Macin. His story wasn’t identical to mine, but the way he connected the dots—between heavy metals, lingering symptoms, and deeper layers of toxicity—hit something in me. It put words to things I had only sensed: that what I was dealing with wasn’t random, and that there was a real path forward if I was willing to walk it. I didn’t have the full map yet, but I knew I was finally pointed in the right direction. And that was enough to keep going.
I started experimenting with gut-focused protocols—the Master Cleanse, herbal formulas, probiotics, binders—anything that seemed like it might help. I didn’t have a full framework yet, but I knew I needed to start somewhere. Then I came across a liver cleanse protocol and decided to give it a real shot.
That’s when everything started to change.
Within a day or two of completing that first liver cleanse, I felt dramatically different. My digestion improved, my energy came back online, and a mental fog I didn’t even fully realize I had began to lift. It wasn’t subtle—it was real, tangible, and almost immediate. For the first time in years, I felt grounded in my body again. That experience gave me something I hadn’t had in a long time: momentum.
From that point on, I was all in. I kept learning, kept experimenting—and started sharing what I was learning with the people closest to me. My daughter was having GI issues at the time, and even though she was only four or five, I was able to support her with gentle versions of the protocols I had started using myself. Slowly but surely, her vitality started to return. I helped my wife, then other family members. I wasn’t trying to start a business. I wasn’t calling myself a coach. I just knew I had found something that worked, and I wanted to pass it on.
That pattern continued for years as I moved through the final chapters of my military career. Detox and healing remained a personal passion—something I kept studying, experimenting with, and occasionally sharing when people close to me were struggling with their own health. It wasn’t a career path at that point—just something I cared deeply about. But as I was wrapping up my last tour in the Navy, I saw a call Josh put out for a new coach. I paused. Something about it clicked. I figured it was worth exploring, and I decided to apply.
After retiring from the Navy in 2024, I joined Detox Dudes full-time.
These days, I bring a grounded, structured coaching style to the team. Josh leads with deep intuitive vision, and I complement that with practical strategy, clear steps, and steady guidance. My role is to help clients make sense of the process, stay consistent, and keep moving—even when things feel uncertain or hard to navigate. If you're someone who appreciates clarity, structure, and calm accountability, that’s where I come in.
I know what it’s like to feel off course, to sense something’s wrong but not know where to start. Josh’s work was a guidepost for me, but I also had to do a lot of trial and error on my own. My goal now is to make that path easier for others—to help you find your footing, trust the process, and build real momentum toward healing.
You don’t have to do it alone.
Let’s get to work
LeeAna Theberg is a Chicago born Detox Dudes Coach and a powerful guide for those ready to reclaim their health and vitality through deep detoxification. Her path to healing began with years of chronic health struggles, including recurring strep throat, psoriasis, hormonal imbalances, and eventually debilitating pain that left her unable to perform even the simplest tasks. After experiencing the overwhelm and limitations of the Western medical system, LeeAna embarked on a relentless search for true healing—investing years of her life, significant resources in pursuit of answers. While she found a new way of life, her symptoms eventually returned. Through the process, LeeAna released massive amounts of toxicity—mucoid plaque, parasites, heavy metals, gallbladder stones, and so much more. For the first time in decades, she felt fully alive. Her tumor markers became undetectable, her inflammation levels dropped significantly, and her spirit was reignited.
Now, LeeAna is honored to work with clients all over the world as they face their own healing journeys. Her mission is to help others rise from the ashes of chronic illness and disconnection—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—and step into the life they were born to live.

Lindsey Willson has been a detox coach for over 11 years and holds a lifestyle and wellness coaching certificate from Harvard Medical School.
Her personal wellness journey began as a teenager when she was diagnosed with a chronic illness that left her bedridden. Through working with a functional medicine doctor, following detox protocols, and developing a practice of yoga and meditation, Lindsey transformed her health. That transformational experience became the foundation for her life’s work: supporting others in reclaiming their health and vitality through holistic, sustainable methods.
For the past 16 years, Lindsey has immersed herself in the study and practice of detoxification, integrative wellness, and the healing arts.
Her path led her to India, where she studied with renowned yogic and Ayurvedic detox masters, and where she later led specialized Yin Yoga teacher training focused on nervous system regulation and deep rest. After learning this sacred wisdom in India, Lindsey wanted to share it with more people through retreats, which she has spent the last 10 years leading throughout Bali, Europe, and the USA—blending Yin Yoga with her certification in sound therapy to create deeply restorative spaces for rest, healing, and nervous system regulation.
Now living back in her home state of Colorado, Lindsey focuses on supporting others through the detox process. She helps clients reclaim their health from chronic illness, align detox routines with their cycle, guide nervous system reset practices, and build sustainable wellness habits. Lindsey’s approach to detox is supportive, intuitive, and nourishing—helping people find the energy and freedom to enjoy what they love.
I didn’t start my career in the health world. I spent years as an engineer, analyzing technical problems and building systems. But underneath the spreadsheets and project deadlines, I was quietly drawn to the deeper questions of what really makes a human being truly thrive.
Living in Europe for several years planted a seed in me. The food was vibrant and clean. The pace of life felt human. There was a balance between movement, connection, and nourishment that I didn’t even realize I’d been missing. When I returned to the U.S., the contrast hit hard - the food felt depleted, the water tainted, and the rhythm of life relentlessly fast. I realized that to feel alive and resilient, I couldn’t just “eat healthy” - I needed to build my life around avoiding toxicity and supporting my body to actively release what the environment was piling on.
That commitment deepened when I found the Detox Dudes protocols. Going through them myself was a game-changer. I felt what it was like to clear layers of fatigue, brain fog, and heaviness I didn’t even know I was carrying. I learned the importance of structure - but also where flexibility and intuition come into play. Over time, I moved from being a client to guiding others through the same process, bringing a grounded, step-by-step approach to what can often feel overwhelming at first.
As a coach, my role is part supportive guide, part “detox engineer” - helping clients integrate protocols into their daily lives without overwhelm, making the process clear, approachable, and sustainable. I know where the sticking points are because I’ve been there myself. Whether it’s hydration and binders, bowel support, fasting, or the deeper phases of liver, parasite, and heavy metal cleansing, I help people tune in to their bodies while staying anchored in the structure that works.
Clients often tell me I bring a calming, trustworthy presence to this work. I care deeply about meeting people where they are and helping them unlock more energy, clarity, and vitality than they thought possible. I work hard for my clients because I know how life-changing this work can be. My own practice - rooted in clean nutrition, periodic detox cycles, prayer, fasting, and exercise - keeps me grounded and connected so I can hold that same steady space for others.
