How To Make Chocolate Superfood Pudding (High Protein!)

Maintaining a strict diet while detoxing can be challenging. You have to be mindful of everything that you introduce to your body. We will be sharing delicious, nutrient dense recipes that are perfect for when you are craving for a sweet treat or just need ideas for your meal plan. Today, we are sharing a simple but amazing recipe for a chocolate superfood pudding that you can make in no time. Seriously, what’s better than enjoying a decadent treat that is packed with nutrients? Here are the ingredients you will need: Egg Yolks - Always go for organic, free-range chicken eggs. For this recipe, you will only need the yolks with a splash of sea salt. The main reason why raw egg yolks are such a huge part of The Detox Dudes’ recommended diet is because of its high lecithin content. Lecithin is rich in choline, which aids in fat digestion and moving nutrients in and out of your cells. These benefits alone make healthy egg yolks an important part of your diet during detox. When you cook the eggs, you risk losing a lot of its nutrients. Coconut Oil - The uses and benefits of coconut oil are hard to enumerate. This natural oil is amazing for weight loss, skin hydration, improving glucose tolerance, decreasing risks for cardiovascular disease, mental boost, immune support, and more. Grass-fed Butter - Many consider butter to be unhealthy since it contains saturated fat. However, butter from grass-fed cows actually has a lot of heart-healthy nutrients including Omega 3, vitamin K, vitamin E and vitamin A. Colostrum - Adding a little colostrum to your diet can make go a long way. It’s rich in nutrients, antibodies and proteins. Colostrum is also good for improving your gut health, balancing the immune system, and boosting your immune functions. Grass-fed Whey - This whey protein produced from grass-fed, free-range cows are non-GMO and do not contain soy and soy lecithin. Vegetarian Protein Powder – This plant-based protein source is fortified with vitamins and superfood. Wild Rice - If you’re looking for a healthier alternative for plain rice, the wild variety is the way to go. It has a nice balance of fiber, carbohydrates and proteins. It is also packed with beneficial amino acids. Ready to make your chocolate superfood pudding?
